The Import Control System (ICS) is the electronic system for managing security declarations on imports into the EU, mandatory since Jan 1, 2011. All operators (importers, freight forwarders) must electronically send an advanced cargo declaration (ENS) for goods on the ship. This applies to all non-EU goods entering Europe.

MGI Antes helps operators and authorities monitor the status evolution of goods in a temporary storage facility (TSF).

The goal is to file the Temporary Deposit Declaration (TDD) when goods are presented to allow customs clearance. It is possible to modify or cancel before goods arrive.

Yes, but the declaration cannot be validated until pre-clearance operations are completed and authorized.

It is up to each port authority of a CCS-equipped port to decide in which system port dues are calculated.

Port dues tariffs are integrated by the port authority into Ci5 for calculation but are not globally viewable. However, they can be checked through the ship declaration.

The ship declaration must be made by the hull agent / principal agent of the ship for the call.

Ship port dues are calculated from info entered in Ci5 by the ship’s hull agent. Ship characteristics like type, size, tonnage, nature of the call, etc. are linked to tariffs valid at the loading and unloading port. The tariff schedule is updated yearly by the port authority.

Ci5 designed its consolidation/deconsolidation service independently. Port actors can use either or both features. For info on how it can help, contact sales at sales@gyptis.

Users of this service have an interface that allows operational management of bulk goods at import and export.

Yes, the training service is Qualiopi certified and can be covered.

Trainings can be onsite at MGI premises, via Microsoft Teams, or on company premises.

MGI training lasts 1 full day or half a day depending on the chosen program.

Inland5 users can track goods status once the manifest is integrated into Ci5. With visibility, carriers can anticipate which goods will leave the terminal to an inland terminal by one or several transport modes (rail, road, barge). For more info or to use Inland5, contact sales at sales@gyptis.
