Respect for your privacy and personal data is a priority for MGI.

This Privacy Policy aims to present to you the nature of the personal data processing implemented on the SITE.

When Users browse the SITE and/or wish to benefit from the services available on the SITE, MGI may collect certain personal data of Users. These data are processed in accordance with the purposes described in Article 2.

Only the authorized persons listed below may access USER data:

• Authorized personnel of MGI’s various departments (communication, administration, logistics, IT, client relations, and control);

• MGI’s processors, including the SITE’s hosting provider;

• Third parties depositing cookies on your devices (computers, tablets, phones) with your consent;

• Social network third parties providing plugins (Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

Your data is not shared, sold, or rented to any other persons than those listed above.

MGI ensures data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes collected and processed.

Data may be retained for proof of a right or contract or to meet legal obligations.

For commercial relationship management, data is kept 3 years after the relationship ends if you are a client.

For requests concerning personal data rights, data is kept for 1 year.

Cookies-related data stored on your terminal for audience statistics are kept no longer than six months and anonymized or deleted thereafter.

Raw visitation data for SITE functioning and improvement is kept 13 months and then anonymized or deleted.

Copies of ID submitted to prove identity will be kept 1 or 3 years depending on the context.

MGI and its processors implement technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data according to the law and GDPR.
