Article 4. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
When Users browse the SITE and/or wish to benefit from the services available on the SITE, MGI may collect certain personal data of Users. These data are processed in accordance with the purposes described in Article 2.

Only the authorized persons listed below may access USER data:

Article 7. Data Retention Period
MGI ensures data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes collected and processed.
Data may be retained for proof of a right or contract or to meet legal obligations.
For commercial relationship management, data is kept 3 years after the relationship ends if you are a client.
For requests concerning personal data rights, data is kept for 1 year.
Cookies-related data stored on your terminal for audience statistics are kept no longer than six months and anonymized or deleted thereafter.
Raw visitation data for SITE functioning and improvement is kept 13 months and then anonymized or deleted.

Copies of ID submitted to prove identity will be kept 1 or 3 years depending on the context.

Article 10. Security

Article 11. Transfers outside the EU
MGI commits not to transfer USER data outside the EU.
If such transfer is necessary, MGI will inform USERS and indicate measures to control the transfer and ensure confidentiality.
