GIPANC (Port and Airport IT Management of New Caledonia)
Objective achieved thanks to MGI
In 2013, the Port of Noumea took a major step in its modernization with the deployment of the Port Community System AP+, operated by MGI. The goal: to structure the port community, streamline exchanges between stakeholders, and secure all logistics processes.
This strategic project led to the creation of GIPANC, a local entity dedicated to managing the Port Community System (PCS), with remote technical support from MGI in Marseille. The alliance of industry expertise, personalized support, and local skill development enabled the port ecosystem to unite around a common, efficient, and scalable tool.
This evolution continues today with Ci5, a more modern, collaborative, and scalable platform serving port performance.
